Interventiile se ofera in intervalul L-V 9-17 cu o programare de min. 24h inainte.
Interventiile se pot realiza:
- la distanta: indicatii prin apel audio/video sau prin sesiuni remote (conectare la distanta cu utilitare dedicate)
- cu deplasare la locul interventiei
Nu sunt incluse:
- interventiile de urgenta sau situatii critice (vezi Asistenta tehnica de urgenta)
- interventiile in afara intervalului stabilit (vezi Asistenta tehnica de urgenta 24/7)
- Costuri de deplare in afara localitatii
Tarifare:
- Serviciu este tarifat pe ora la pretul afisat in perioade de 10 minute.
- Prima ora este indivizibila
- Se ofera primele 10 minute gratuite pentru stabilirea comunicarii, expunerea problemei si stabilirea pasilor spre solutionare.
